Cheap Flights To Paris on Air France – 50% off?!!

Finding cheap flights to Paris isn't hard to accomplish when you know where to look and what to look for.

 Before we get into that, let’s dispel some myths about finding cheap flights.

Myth #1: It's always cheaper to book on the airline's website.

Myth #2: It's always cheaper to book on third party sites such as Expedia, Priceline or Orbitz.

The truth of the matter is, it all depends. Neither one of these statements is 100% accurate.

There are times when you can find cheaper flights to Paris by booking directly with the airlines and then there are other times when booking on a third party site will yield much better results.

You should always check both types of sites to see which is better for the dates and times that you’re searching for. 

Searching  For Cheap flights

I recently searched for a flight from Atlanta to Paris or ATL to CDG and found a flight for over 50% less than the price listed on Air France's website and competing third party sites as well.

The price on Air France was $1289.25 and I ended up finding a plane ticket for $545.23. I had to do a triple take to make sure that I wasn't tripping. 

This fare came up through Priceline but that’s not the site that I used to find the flight. There were a few other sites that had similar prices for this cheap flight on Air France.

I'm using Priceline for the sake of illustration since it's one of the sites that people are more familiar with.

Don't get me wrong, this wasn't my first time finding flights for much cheaper on a different travel booking site however, it was the first time that I found one with such a huge difference across several sites.
